Receive & weigh

Every load is weighed, sampled and recorded on arrival. You get the numbers the same day.

Dehusk & dry

Moisture is brought down to spec in controlled silos before a single shell is cracked.

Merger Nuts started as a group of Lowveld growers who wanted a processor that treated a crop the way they did: carefully, and with the numbers in the open.

Today we process for commercial growers across three provinces and ship to buyers on four continents, and we are still privately owned by people who farm.
